Tips for Fast Website Technical Support
- When posting a website technical support ticket, ALWAYS include a link to your site, your admin login details (or set up a temporary login), a clear description of the issue, and add as much relevant information you have. Failure to do so will most likely delay the support process, with several posts going back and forth trying to retrieve such information.
- Do not post several questions in one post. Please follow our “one question, one ticket” policy.
- Remember that this is technical support, and that we are here to help you diagnose possible technical issues with your site, if it is a user error and how to solve it, or if there are any bugs in the code.
